Mixing Boston Blend™ Thin Veneer Ledgestone and Mosaic

Set high above the valley, this stunning installation of Boston Blend™ Thin Veneer encompasses all sides and foundation of this traditional home. In particular this walkway was created with thin veneer stone and wood pergola. The distinct stone look is created with Boston Blend™ Ledgestone for 90% coverage with larger Boston Blend™ Mosaic pieces tightly cut into the dry ledge look. This design coupled with paper thin joints, even where the mosaic shapes appear, make the result elegant, natural and pleasing to the eye. See more photos of this project.

Southern New Hampshire University

Manchester, NH

Named the "Most Innovative University" in the north by U.S. News & World Report, Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) proves it with their newest five-story student dorm, finished with Stoneyard™ Boston Blend building veneer. The stunning attention to detail on a large scale wraps a building that we can attest is a long walk around the perimeter. Expansion joints allow the building to adapt to wide swings in the New England climate. The natural New England stone itself has already experienced thousands of freeze/thaw cycles since the ice age and so will stand up to generations of seasons and students for centuries to come.
